Great location-new rooms
"We've stayed here twice on recommendations from friends, we like to stay at the Diamond, who doesn't, but it's a little pricey. This hotel is clean, the staff is always polite, it's with in walking distance to the downtown and our favorite places to eat and have drinks. Some reviews have said it was noisy, you have to take into consideration that it is along the street with outside corridors, but it's not a big deal. We haven't had any problems parking. If you're looking for a clean, safe hotel I would recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. Our daugther attends ChicoState, most if not all hotels in Chico do not allow "parties" in their hotels so if you're worried you'll be next to a frat party don't be."

"This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. It has recently been updated and refurbished. Paint was fresh. Amenities were great. It really made our stay here enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel in Chico, CA."

Quality Inn at ChicoState
"This was our second stay at Quality Inn/Chico State. This time was for move-in weekend for our university-bound daughter. We previously stayed here in April when we were here for the university tour. We made the mistake of staying at a different, lower-priced motel in June when we came back for orientation. Now, during move-in weekend, we came back to the Quality Inn. The hotel has been recently updated inside and out. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and bedding, a flat screen TV and wireless internet access. The complimentary continental breakfast was well maintained and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chico."

Very Clean, Very Friendly, Very Charming Location
"Stayed for 3 nights. We had a group of reservation. We very much enjoyed the stay. this property is located conveniently in downtown. Restaurants and antique shops in walking distance. Our room had flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, and iron-ironing board. the breakfast was filling. the manager and staff is very friendly. Clean rooms, well maintained property, and smoke free rooms are worth of staying. We will come back next year. Thank you M for the great service."
